I’m a mother/wife/sister/friend/daughter living a simple life in a quiet little community on the shores of Kootenay Lake, British Columbia. I have many opinions and I don’t always choose wisely when to share them. I believe in saving our Earth, raising aware, empathetic and loving children, looking on the bright side of things, practicing gratitude, reading voraciously, volunteering, running, practicing yoga religiously, letting others live their own way, drinking wine with friends, laughing my ass off every chance I get, pouring out my soul in the form of writing and skinny dipping with my hubby on a hot summer day.
